Standards in product handling

1. Harvest

We select the best avocado individually to achieve the exact point for the processo.


2. Reception

The product is received and thoroughly evaluated.


3. Wash and rinse

The first step is to wash, one by one, each selected avocado.


4. Maturation

The avocado goes through the ideal ripening phase for the guacamole process.


5. Selection and dressing

We select again the ideal avocado and we remove each piece.


6. Cut

We cut the avocado in half.


7. Boneless

The bone of the halves is discarded.


8. Pulped

We extract the pulp completely discarding the peel.

9. Preparation

We prepare the pulp and add the ingredients of each presentation.


10. Packing

We pack the processed product.


11. Metal detection

We check that there are no metals in the process before pressurization.


12. Pressurization

We pasteurize the product by HPP process.


13. Freezing

We freeze the container for transport for greater durability.


14. Packed

We pack the guacamole, we prepare them by flavors depending on the orders and we prepare the product for its transfer.


15. Shipment

The Hassfroz avocado is ready to be distributed and arrive at your table.
